martha is a 200-hour registered yoga + meditation teacher, as well as level 2 reiki healer, certified through sacred paths yoga in the spiritual capitol of indonesia - ubud, bali.

back in los angeles, she completed mypath50; an extensive yoga and mindfulness training for non-traditional communities, with a focus on the homeless youth population.

she also completed zooga yoga’s 20-hour yoga kids teacher training certification, in order to bring mindfulness and movement to children ages 1-12. as a mentee of legendary yoga teacher and embodiment coach mary beth larue, she completed her yoga training and mentorship program - the practice.

she currently works with clients like nike and olipop, in addition to public and private sessions as requested.
